Appointments

There is continuing high demand for appointments and we are sorry it can be difficult to get an appointment. We are currently operating a book on the day service and pre bookable slots for a GP, you have to ring on the day at 8am once our phone lines open to try and get a book on the day appointment however these can be limited and we cannot garuntee an appointment.
We understand and appreciate it can be difficult to obtain an appointment, but please be reassured that we are doing everything we can to try and meet the current appointment demand.
If we dont have any available on the day appointments, to ensure patients get the correct care for their needs, you may be offered another service which we recommened patients use. These could be one of the following:
- Pharmacy (to purchase over the counter treatment, or receive a prescription via the Minor Ailments Scheme https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/prescriptions-and-pharmacies/pharmacies/how-your-pharmacy-can-help/)
- Walk in centre
- Call NHS 111
- Be booked into an Out of Hours Hub appointment (a GP here will review your symptoms first before to ensure the hub is the correct service for you)
