Health Centre public consultation dates

Please see below for details of a number of public consultation events across our Network regarding the proposal of new Health Centres. These meetings are a good opportunity to find out more and give your view, and you can also submit feedback here.

Meetings for Foundry 1, which includes the GP practices Burngreave Surgery and Sheffield Medical Centre, will be at Verdon Street Community Centre on the 24th August at 10:30am and the 7th September at 6:30pm, and at Vestry Hall on the 17th August at 12pm and the 5th September 10:30am. Meetings for Foundry 2, which include Page Hall Medical Centre and Upwell Street Surgery, will be at Firvale Community Hub on the 16th August at 5:30pm and the 5th September at 4:30pm, at Greentop Circus Centre on the 15th August at 10:30pm, and at Grimesthorpe Family Centre on the 15th September at 6:30pm. Meetings for SAPA 1 which includes Firth Park Surgery and Shiregreen Medical Centre will be at Firth Park Methodist Centre on the 19th August at 11:30am and the 6th September at 6:30pm, at Shiregreen and District Community Association on the 26th August 12pm and 9th September 5:30pm. Meetings for SAPA 2, which includes The Health Care Surgery, Buchanan Road Surgery, and Margetson Surgery will be at Parson Cross Development Forum on the 16th August at 10am and 2nd September at 7pm, and at The Learning Zone on the 17th August at 3:30pm and 2nd September at 11:30am.
